Attend Anywhere – Virtual Consultations

Attending your consultation from... anywhere!

With the support of NHS England and NHS Improvement, the NAES are now offering video consultations to some of our patients.  This will allow patients to have direct access to an Orbital Prosthetist via a video link from the comfort of their own home.  We recognise that the majority of patients will need to be seen face to face for polishes, moulds and fittings etc. However, where an appropriate appointment is not available, or the patient is unable to travel, a video consultation may provide a suitable alternative.

Appointments are pre-arranged and easily accessible via a link sent to you via an email, text or letter.  If you feel a video (or telephone) consultation with your Orbital Prosthetist would be helpful, please telephone your usual number for appointments or call our Helpline on 01253 951131.

For mobile devices:

You should have everything you need if you are using a smartphone or tablet device.

For PC/Mac users:

You will require a web camera and microphone. Laptops should already have these built into the device. You can only use Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge Chromium (PC Users) or Apple Safari (Mac and iOS). Attend Anywhere will not work on Internet Explorer.
